Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all stainless steel tools are protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
